2024 SUMMER CAMPS
                 BEGINNER CAMP FOR NEW RIDERS

This camp is open to riders with little or no previous riding experience.  Camp will run from 9am to 1pm and campers will participate in a daily group riding lesson and a daily horse care activity; followed by lunch and swimming.  On Friday campers will show off their riding accomplishments to their family and friends during our mini horseshow.  Space is limited to 8 participants each week.  Applications with a $75 dollar deposit will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.  Please contact foxtailfarm1@gmail.com for an application or further information.

  ADVANCED BEGINNGER CAMP FOR CURRENT STUDENTS

                                                      July 15- July 19
                                                       July 29-  Aug 2

This camp is open to current Foxtail Farm riders who are able to walk and trot off the lunge line and are not jumping higher than 18 inches.  Camp will run from 9am to 1pm and campers will participate in a daily group riding lesson and a daily horse care activity followed by lunch and swimming.  On Saturday August 4 campers will have the opportunity to show off their newly tuned riding skills in the Foxtail Farm Summer Fun Show.  Applications with a $75 dollar deposit will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.  Please contact foxtailfarm1@gmail.com for an application or for further information.

       FOXTAIL FARM JUMPING AND SHOW PREP CAMP

                                  July 8- July 12 

This camp is open to current Foxtail Farm riders who are jumping 18 inches or higher.  Camp will run from 9am to 3pm and will focus on the finer points of putting together great hunter and equitation courses.  Participants will design and ride their own courses each day and learn how to prep a horse for competition (clipping, bathing, mane pulling, braiding, ect).  This camp is the perfect prep for the Culpeper Rated Show July 12- 14 which campers will have the option of participating in.   Please contact foxtailfarm1@gmail.com for an application or further information.
