LESSONS AND LEASING

LESSONS RATES:

Trial Lesson:         $ 75.00
1 1/2 hr. introduction to the barn which includes a 30 minute private  
lesson.


Lessons on Your Own Horse:
Weekly Hour Group (2-4 riders)   $150 per month
                                                      $ 40 individually 

Weekly Half Hour Private:            $195 per month
                                                     $  50 individually 


Lessons on a School Horse
Weekly Hour Group (2-4 riders):  $220 per month
                                                     $  60 individually 

Weekly Half Hour Private:            $260 per month
                                                     $  70 individually 

New Rider Package:  $450.00
This special package is designed for riders of all ages who have never
ridden before.  You will receive six hour and half riding lessons in
which an instructor will help you learn to tack up your horse in preparation
for your ride and untack and care for your horse after your half hour 
private riding lesson.


Young Rider Lessons:$165.00 per month
These lessons are specifically designed for riders aged three to five.  
Focus will be on creating a safe and fun interaction with a size appropriate
pony.  These private lessons include fifteen minutes of mounted instruction
and fifteen minutes of assisting the instructor in caring for the pony after
riding.

LEASING SCHOOL HORSES:

Individual Practice Rides:$  40.00 per ride


Half Lease with One Lesson:    $425.00 per month
Ride two times in addition to your weekly lesson for a total of three times per 
week.  Along with your extra riding time you will receive first right of refusal 
for showing on your leased horse or pony and will pay no use of horse fees for shows.

Half Lease with Two Lessons:  $535.00 per month
Ride one time in addition to your twice a week lessons for a total of three times per week.  Along with your extra riding time you will receive first right of refusal for showing on your leased horse or pony and will pay no use of horse fee for shows.


Leases on privately owned horses and full leases are negotiated on an individual basis.       

Dana focuses her instruction and training in Hunt Seat Equitation infused with the basic principles of dressage to produce horses and riders that are both safe and competitive on today's show circuit.  Her students have successfully competed at all levels and have won many local and rated championships in both the Hunter and Equitation rings.  She has also produced several quality hunters including Heaven Sent (now Mr. Famous) 4th in the nation USEF Small Green Pony Hunter and Meadow Fox Cadbury USEF Zone 3 Champion Children's Pony Hunter.  Dana is a member of the VHSA, USEF, USHJA, and IEA.
